We offer a wide range of residences in London, some of which offer one or more rooms or apartments which are suitable for guests in wheelchairs. Because our properties vary, and our guests' requirements are all different, we would ask you to call us at your earliest convenience to discuss your own particular accommodation needs. This will enable us to recommend the right apartment in the right location for you!

Many residences are on the flat and access to apartments can simply be gained by lift. If you have a special requirement for a roll-in shower, walk-in shower or wider doorways some of our apartments have been specially adapted to offer these. Other facilities for disabled guests include toilet grab rails, emergency cords in bathrooms, lower bathroom sinks, higher level toilets, braille visual aids, tactile signs and induction hearing loops with auditory guidance.

We regularly arrange accommodation for guests coming to London for medical treatment and will be pleased to advise you on the various apartment options available. We find that apartments with roll-in and walk-in showers are soughtafter, particularly for guests recovering from surgery.

We offer some superb apartments with roll-in showers in the Vauxhall area in a great property where breakfast (and even some evening meals are provided). There are, of course, elevators in the building, WiFi is provided as is weekly housekeeping. There is even a 24 hour reception desk.

In Hackney, we also have some eclectic accessible apartments at The Town Hall - a listed period residence which even boasts its own indoor swimming pool. Travelling around London

All London bus routes are served by low-floor vehicles with a dedicated space for one wheelchair user and an access ramp. Buses can also be lowered to reduce the step-up from the pavement. Around a quarter of Tube stations, half of Overground stations, most piers, all tram stops, the Emirates Air Line and all DLR stations have step-free access. Many of the boats on the River Thames have boarding ramps to give step-free access. All taxis (black cabs) have a wheelchair ramp.
